Cancellation
Cancellation of registration for the 2018 Annual RQUG Users Conference may be made at any time. Refund of conference registration fee, less a $25 processing fee, will be made 30 days or more before the date of the Conference. And, you can manage your cancellation online using the link for your registration that you received in your confirmation email.
Conference registration refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the Conference date*.
*If substantial reasons exist that force cancellation, an appeal may be made to the RQUG Executive Board for refund consideration. "Substantial" in this case shall be defined as an unexpected, personal, life-changing event. The RQUG Executive Board is under no obligation to make any refunds.
