RamQuest, Inc. announced today the addition of Tom Gomolski to its management team. Tom joins the RamQuest team as the director of the company’s newly formed Customer Experience team and, in this role, will be integral in the company’s initiative to transform customer service and ensure that customers have the best experience at every interaction.
Tom has a passion for people, coming to RamQuest with over 14 years of experience advocating for customers while providing unequaled software support. Most recently, Tom led the QC and help desk teams at medQ. Tom also holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University. His experience and ability make Tom an ideal fit for this new position at RamQuest.

As part of this initiative, RamQuest is taking steps to make it easier for employees to serve customers. For example, the company is implementing a new phone system that will integrate directly with their CRM and enable more effective, faster service. “Over the last few years, our customers have enjoyed innovation in our products and technology, but this is only part of the customer experience equation,” said Paul Bandiera, RamQuest president. “Tom will be instrumental in the infusion of operational excellence and innovation in the way we deliver our service to round out the overall experience for our customers.”
