RamQuest Promotes Mary Schuster to Chief Product Officer

RamQuest, Inc. announced today the promotion of Mary Schuster to Chief Product Officer. In this role, Mary will apply her extensive industry and regulatory experience to mentor and lead a team of title and settlement experts with extensive RamQuest product background. This team will define, manage, support and promote the RamQuest product offerings and will work in concert with the customer community and the rest of the RamQuest team to further the RamQuest suite of products.

In a related move, RamQuest and sister company op2 are now working more closely together to offer the next generation of title software solutions. Both companies will maintain independent identities in the industry but will now leverage shared management to better utilize resources and better serve customers. Paul Bandiera is now leading both companies at the strategic level as President and, in this role, has responsibility for creating, planning, implementing and integrating the vision and direction for both RamQuest and op2. This move will ensure unprecedented access for RamQuest customers to op2’s fully compliant, private cloud, hosting solution that will prove increasingly beneficial in the coming months with the CFPB changes and as demand for ALTA Best Practice compliance increases.

Mary joined RamQuest in 2008 as Director of Operations where she helped build RamQuest’s implementation, training and support teams. She then became Vice President of Legislative Affairs at RamQuest while at the same time serving as President of op2. During this time, she orchestrated the development and rollout of RamQuest’s 2010 HUD, diligently worked to help educate the industry on the opportunities presented by the 2010 HUD, while also leading the op2 team to double the size of that company’s customer base.
