After Hours Support
We offer After Hours Support as an option for RamQuest customers with urgent support needs during times that fall outside of our standard Support Hours (7:00am-7:00pm, Central). After Hours Support is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but please note that additional charges do apply for the After Hours Support service.
To access After Hours Support, dial RamQuest's Support phone number (listed above) and enter option 5.

Step 1
Contact RamQuest Support before beginning your session at 214-291-1616 or begin a live chat session with us by “Clicking Here”.
Step 2
Once you are on the phone or in a live chat session with a member of our support team, you will be redirected back to this page to initiate the screen-sharing session.
Step 3
You will be provided a 6-digit session code to enter in below.
Step 4
You will then be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
Step 5
With Your permission, your support representative can then view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Please note, you are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
