This course includes instruction on using PaperlessCloser and how it affects file tracking and orders within CCE.
At the end of this course you will be able to:
- Set system settings, positional defaults and order settings for publishing information to the website.
- Acess URL Login information and set up New Username/Password Email Message.
- Set up a default E-Mail Name and Address for incoming and outgoing emails.
- Add or delete parties to a file, set restrictions per individual and create User Name and Password for access to Paperless Closer.
- Publish static, live and file scan documents to the website and set securities on documents.
- Monitor web usage and track emails.
- Look at a demonstration of how a customer would access Paperless Closer, retrieve documents and view published information and submit a new order.
- Turn on Paperless Closer alarms and view incoming messages, documents and orders from a customer.
- Process an order submitted from a customer through Paperless Closer.
